The Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA),
Govt. of India, is going live with its flagship e-governance project MCA-21.
This project is set to completely change the way companies and individuals interact with
the Ministry. With the launch of MCA-21, e-filing and e-governance is the
buzzword. This will make it possible for Company Directors, Professionals, Financial
Institutions and other Authorized Signatories to do e-filing with the MCA. Over a short
period of time, the MCA envisages completely doing away with all paper-based interactions
and moving completely to the online medium.
