1. Why do I need to register at MyMCA portal?
To file an eForm or avail any paid service, you will have to register yourself. For registration, provide us with your valid personal information and then choose a User ID and password or enter your digital certificate depending on the user category selected. Your User ID can be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 11 characters. The password can be 8 to 10 characters long and may contain any character except space. At the time of self-registration, you will be asked to enter a hint question and a hint answer that will be used in case you forget your password. At the end, for authentication, you will have to rewrite the randomly generated text in the text field.

2. How do I login?
Every time you access any service you will be asked to login using the User ID and password/ digital signature certificate selected by you at the time of registration.

To register, select the “New User” link from MyMCA portal homepage.

4. I can't remember my password. How do I retrieve it?
From MyMCA portal homepage page, click login and then 'Forgot Password' link. You will be asked for your User ID and then you will be prompted the hint question. If you enter the correct hint answer, you will be forwarded to the change password screen. You can now enter a new password.

5. How do I change my personal details?
After you login in to MyMCA portal, select the 'My Profile' link located at the top of the page and then modify your details in the fields provided.

After you log in to the portal, select the 'Change Password' link located at the top of the page and then change your password.

7. Will my User ID provide me access to both MyMCA and Back Office portals?
No, the User ID attained by self-registration will provide access only to MyMCA portal.

8. What are the Browser Security Settings required for the download of Digital Signature Certificate?
You have to follow the following steps:-
  1. If the CCA and TCS-CA certificates are not installed in your browser then click the link below to download the Certificate Trust Chain.

  2. Go to View | Tools > Internet Options > Security.
  3. Click “Internet” and change the Security Settings to “Medium”.
  4. Click “Custom Level” Button.
  5. Enable “Download Signed ActiveX controls” option.
  6. Enable “Run ActiveX controls and Plugins” option.
  7. Enable “Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting” option.
